With the Vanilla Ice Project wrapping up its fourth season, we thought we’d share some before and after pics of the finished house which, until recently, wasn’t living up to its full potential.

The lakefront house, located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a multi-million dollar neighborhood,  was in need of some serious TLC. This was no easy feat; the house needed a full head-to-toe renovation to satisfy the type of clientele that would buy there.

The biggest and most obvious change had to be the bright red exterior paint – an eyesore that the neighborhood, frankly, was tired of looking at. Vanilla Ice spruced it up with a new paint job in an earth tone that was much easier on the eyes.

There’s no way the house could make a great first impression if the first thing you saw was the faded, cracked brick pavers that were lining the entryway from the driveway all the way to the front door. Those were the next to go.

He made the entryway much larger, added a large, welcoming fountain, updated the landscaping, and installed Travertine Mart’s exclusive Ivory Swirl™ Travertine Pavers throughout, adding a definite “wow factor” to the project. Take a look for yourself!
